Kiln Damper

Although dampers are not known for precise positioning, most drives require immediate response, high stiffness and outdoor installation. The various configurations of the REXA actuators and drives allow retrofit to virtually any installation.

Turbine Bypass Valve

The turbine bypass valve reduces the 1500psig down to 850psig to divert excess steam to the second turbine generator and also makes it available for use in the mill steam heating system. Under normal operation, the bypass valve will allow some of the 1500psig steam to be lowered so that it can be utilized for mill heating purposes. This is a high temperature, high pressure, rugged application.
