A Brief History

The company started as the REXA Corporation back in 1980, producing and selling the innovative self-contained Electraulic™ actuators.
In 1993, KOSO America was established when the company was purchased by Nihon Koso, a major supplier of control valves and related instrumentation and services to the international market.
In June of 2002, the Hammel Dahl product line was purchased from Metso Automation (formerly Neles-Jamesbury) and added to the KOSO America product offering.
