The Combustion Turbine Operations Technical Forum (CTOTF) is an organization of combustion turbine owners and operators, otherwise known as “users”. Twice a year, CTOTF holds a conference to educate these users on the newest technologies available for turbine operation. Throughout the conference, CTOTF offers technical sessions, speaking opportunities, and a brief exposition so users can meet with conference sponsors and vendors.
