- Compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements through product design standards and certification testing to ensure a safe and reliable product is provided to our customers.
- 100% of product is inspected and tested to ensure product specifications and customer requirements are fully met. Customer specific factory acceptance tests are developed as required to verify special product and test requirements.
- Excellence in customer service and aftermarket support. We ensure resources and processes are in place to provide responsive, value-added support to all customer needs with emphasis on zero customer process downtime.
- A customer feedback system to continuously listen to our customers to meet their needs and expectations, and to drive improvements in product design, service and support, and all business operations as needed.
- A continuous improvement strategy and infrastructure that is based upon Lean Six Sigma (LSS). Strategic and operational key performance indicators are defined, tracked, and managed to ensure business objectives are met and aligned to market and customer requirements. Performance Excellence Teams (PET) are in place comprised of trained employees to execute LSS Projects and KAIZEN events where performance is not meeting goals.
