REXA XPAC Series 3 Rotary Actuators feature a rack-and-pinion hydraulic cylinder powered by one or more Electraulic™ Power Modules, delivering reliable control for ball and butterfly valves, rotating equipment, dampers, and other demanding applications across a wide range of industries. REXA manufactures the mounting bracket and stem adapter to accommodate virtually any valve or driven device, while REXA-supplied interconnect cables allow the electrical control enclosure to be remotely mounted away from harsh environments. The modular design combines closed-loop hydraulics, 100% duty-cycle motors, low power consumption, high efficiency, push-button calibration, pressure gauges for output monitoring, and no routine fluid maintenance. Fail-safe configurations using either spring or accumulator technology are available, along with redundant construction, manual override, NEMA 4X/IP66 environmental protection, CSA/ATEX/IEC hazardous-area configurations, and options for low or high-temperature service. XPAC Series 3 Rotary Actuators can be adapted for valve, and turbomachinery applications, with standard 90-degree rotation and optional 120-, 180-, and 270-degree configurations. Available torque ranges from 2,500 to 1,500,000 in-lbs (282 to 169,477 Nm).
