The REXA XPAC Series 3 electrical control enclosure serves as the actuator’s intelligent positioner, housing the power supplies, motor drivers, and a dedicated microprocessor that work together to deliver precise, reliable control. Built within a rugged 316 stainless steel enclosure, the system integrates the display and keypad, motor driver, CPU, power board, and power input assembly, which includes a fuse holder, noise filter, and surge suppressor. For simplified installation and maintenance, all power and I/O connections are routed into the control enclosure and terminate on a DIN rail located at the bottom of the enclosure, providing an organized and accessible wiring interface.
